Reverend Dr. John Merks Executive - Mininster A.S.W.C. AtlanticJohn Merks and Casey McKibbon founded All Seasons Wedding Ceremonies (ASWC) in 1994. It was piloted in the Ottawa region and became a great success. Since then ASWC has grown from 2 wedding officiants in 1994 to 65 in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. John Merks serves as a wedding officiant for southeastern New Brunswick.
